自考雅思英语要做那些准备如果你时间充裕,单词最好能背背。不一定拿本很难的词汇。我自己亲身实践的结果是--背一本四级词汇，雅思就差不多够用了。
建议你报新东方的雅思培训班，它会教你雅思各种应试技巧。同样的英文功底，仅仅是学了这些技巧之后，你就能在原有基础上提高半分到一分。这不是夸张，我亲身实践过的。
一般雅思培训班都会在报名时为你准备资料。我用的是新东方大愚系列的单项练习，效果还不错。另外剑桥雅思，就是紫+黑色书皮的系列模拟题一定要做，从该系列第3本至少做到第7本。这些材料到处都有卖。
听力要每天听。找一份听力材料，例如《LISTEN TO THIS》，用两方法训练：1，听一个句子的同时，手上记录关键词。2，听完一个句子，等念完后再写下来。我用这两个方法，两个月提高了一分的听力成绩。
口语要每天都练，不能停。如果没有伙伴可以和你一起练，那就对着镜子说。口语题目在我刚才提到的模拟题上都有样题。
阅读用我提到的剑桥雅思和新东方大愚系列就够了。
写作第一部分的练习是有套路的，照着套路写就可以，参见新东方基础写作（差不多是这个书名，蓝白皮的）。写作第二部分要写好，平时必须注意多看新闻，关注社会，否则考场上会陷入无话可说的窘境。

在过去的十几年中，我一直与外国人生活在一起。我的朋友主要是美国人，还有加拿大、英国、日本、澳大利亚、新加坡、法国等国家的朋友。我也常常听他们讲在中国的经历，以及他们在中国闹的笑话。他们对中国文化的不理解，不适应的事情。这里与大家分享与外国人交往时应注意的礼节和事宜。
一、守时
外国人认为时间是生命，浪费时间就是浪费生命。对时间的看重，就是对生命的尊重。因此，一定要守时，不能迟到。如果要迟到或缺席，一定要提前打电话说明事由。
二、提前预约、有
外国人做事很有，今年就把明年的机票定好了。这星期已把下星期的事提前安排妥当。因此如果我们邀请他们来家里或要他们做事，一定要提前预约。不能临时告诉他们要做什么事。有一位外教告诉我，他曾经在中国某著名大学授课，经常系里中午突然通知他下午要开会。他说他实在不明白，为什么中午才告诉他下午要开会。系里说中午才决定的。可是他早就安排好了下午的日程，经常搞得他不知该怎么办。
如果没有预约，贸然就去外国人家拜访，会让外国人难堪。因为他们不愿没有准备地迎接客人。
三、守信
外国人答应的事，一般都会认真履行.除非有特殊情况。所以跟外国人交往，只要他答应的事，就一定会去做，他们很重视自己的信誉。反过来,如果我们答应的事而不去做，外国人就会认为这样的人不可信。一旦认为不可信，他们就不会与这样的人交往。他们对法律、制度很敏感、很认真。因为在他们的国家是以法律和制度规范人们的行为。与外国人经商时，一定要注意合同、合约的内容。一旦签约，就要尽全力遵守。如果不遵守规定，就会永远失去这个客户。外商若认为你是个守信、值得交往的人。即使你的报价比别人高，他们也会一直忠诚的与你合作。他们认为信誉高于眼前的利益，长久地合作关系更为重要。
四、诚实
初次与外国人打交道，他们都会很信任对方。如果发现被对方欺骗,信任的关系就结束了。他们常说，第一次被人骗也就罢了，再一次被人骗自己就是傻子。有一次在新天地，一个学生请说要去西藏，后来老师们发现他还在学校后花园打篮球。个个都非常吃惊，怎么可以这样撒谎呢?在对外商业活动中，诚实是极为重要的品质。与一个外国客户建立关系不是件容易的事，因为他们要反复考察，认定是否可以长期交往。因此要十分珍惜这样的商业伙伴关系，不要因为一点不诚实的行为，毁掉了合作的机会和长期的利益。
五、说话、做事要认真
外国人对别人讲的话很认真。例如，不随便讲客套话，“来我们家玩吧”，他们马上就问“今天晚上去你家吗？”很久以前我的美国朋友告诉我说，中国人问他们“你吃饭了没有？”他们就想：什么意思？为什么关心我吃饭了没有？你要请我吃饭吗？外国人对原则和规定很认真。有了规定就一定要执行。不像中国人讲人情。比如，学校规定旷课三次学生就被开除，不参加毕业考试就没有毕业证书等。无论平常师生关系多么亲密，到时候一定照章办事。不是他不爱你，不喜欢你，而是规定就是规定。开除完后，仍然是朋友，这一点中国人可能很难接受。
六、注意细节
注意细节也是认真态度的表现。中国人有时做事不注意细节，把外国人气的发昏。比如，安装橱柜的师傅来了，上面的橱柜没有吊平，是斜的。外国人说：“没有平，”师傅说：“平了。”老外用尺子一量，差了两公分，“两公分啊！”而中国人说，“只有两公分呀！”
有一家美国投资公司的老总，让一个中国人给他做调查。因为他们想买一栋写字楼。说，“请你调查这栋写字楼里有多少家公司。”调查人回来说：“大约100家。”之后这个老总不放心，又亲自去调查，发现是150家。他对调查人的工作如此粗略大大吃惊，心想：100家和150家相差多远呀！就这样一件小事都办不好，还有什么可以指望的呢！
还有一家外企人事主管曾经告诉我，说有很多人寄简历给她的公司。想应聘的人一大堆。许多人的简历连看都不用看就会被淘汰。一看他（她）用的什么纸，就知道此人做事多么不认真。也就别指望有工作机会了。没有见面之前，简历就代表我们自己的形象。连自己的简历和形象都不认真。也不可能指望公司会给我们什么责任和工作的机会了。
七、直接沟通
外国人对你有意见会直接告诉你。他们非常直接、直爽，甚至有时不顾人的情面。如果你对外国人有意见，也要直接告诉他（她）。千万不要在背后议论，或跟别人讲。他们会觉得非常伤害。有一次，一些学生对某老师的课有一些意见。他们不是直接跟老师谈，反而联名写信要告诉校方领导。这位老师感觉非常受辱，完全不能接受。他们认为这是完全的不尊重。
八、对自己的事负责

九、饮食习惯
外国人一般不吃内脏和血。他们喜欢鸡肉、牛肉，以及饼和面食之类的。味道接近西餐的味，如糖醋鸡块、宫暴鸡丁、柠檬鸡块、铁板牛柳、西兰花、荷兰豆、生菜、拔丝苹果。有些外国人喜欢吃辣的。喜欢中国的川菜。外国人不会挑鱼刺。
外国人在餐厅吃饭喜欢安静，吵闹是一种不礼貌的行为。吃饭时不要发出声音。不要嘴里有食物还在讲话。千万不要当众剔牙。公众场合不要吸烟。
有些讲究的外国人，喜欢用公筷、公勺。不喜欢大家的筷子和勺都在一个盘子里夹菜，因为有不卫生，互相传染疾病之嫌。
十、外国人忌讳的事情
·打听别人的薪水和收入
工资薪水是别人极隐私的事，决不要打听别人的收入、挣多少钱之类的事。如果想了解他们的经济状况，可以问：美国中学教师的平均工资是怎么样的？千万不要问你一个月挣多少钱？
·体重
外国人对自己的体重极为敏感，中国人常常说：你长胖了，你回国吃的很好之类的问候话。在他们听起来特别难受，心想：我又长肥了，我的肚子太大了，我真难看。
·年龄
不要随便打听他们的年龄，除非他们自己愿意告诉你。如果他让你猜，千万别往年龄大的方面猜。都想自己年轻，不想自己那么老。
·说话保持距离
与外国人讲话，要保持一定的距离。千万不要靠得太近。因为距离表明你跟他的关系，只有夫妻，或男女朋友，才能靠那么近。
·拥抱亲吻
外国人大都喜欢拥抱，甚至亲吻。这只是一般的礼节，就像中国人握手一样。这不代表他（她）对你有什么特殊的意思。千万不要误会。
·摸孩子的头
中国人特别喜欢小孩子，喜欢摸小孩子的头和脸，表示亲近、亲热、喜欢。外国人正好相反，他们不喜欢别人摸他们孩子的头和脸，也不喜欢别人谈论他们是否给孩子穿的衣服够不够。中国人表示关心，而他们却想：这是我的孩子，你什么意思？难道你认为我对我的孩子不负责任？许多刚来中国的外国人不理解中国真正的意图，其实这只是文化的差异。
·不要盯着外国人看

婚姻是别人的私事。中国人喜欢关心别人的婚姻状况，特别是那些没有结婚的人。在外国人心里，那是自己的私事，请不要随便打听别人的私事。他（她）结不结婚与你没关系。
十一、公共道德
·不随地吐痰
若要吐痰，请吐在卫生纸里，包起来，扔在垃圾桶里。
·不乱扔垃圾
新加坡是世界上最干净的城市，乱扔垃圾会被罚上千元新币，甚至没收房产。清洁干净是文明程度的象征。
·马桶要冲干净
用完马桶一定要冲洗干净。
·不插队

十二、不要按中国人的思维来判断，要多沟通
有时外国人做事我们不明白、不理解，但不要轻易下结论，或者感觉自己被冒犯了。由于我们的文化不同，他（她）做的同样的事情，在中国文化里是一种意思，而按照他们文化完全是另一种意思。因此不要匆忙下结论。他（她）讲这种话、做这样的事就是这个意思，双方引起误会。应该多提问，多交流。明白他们的真正意思，也要帮助他们明白中国人的感觉。有时，外国人会无意伤害中国人，中国人也会无意伤害他们。彼此应该多交流，多站在他们的文化或立场来想事情，很多时候就能化解误会，反而学习欣赏彼此的不同，建立真正的友谊。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to ly for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. Research experience and academic activity，When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 19, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Hey Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical lication showed that the erage makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 20XX, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof.Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth .In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. 积极参与国际时尚院校联盟(IFFTI)和国际艺术、设计和媒体院校联盟(CUMULUS)等平台活动，承办国际时尚院校联盟(IFFTI)年会，发起国际首饰设计高校联盟，主办国际青年设计师邀请赛(IYDC)、北京国际首饰双年展等高规格国际赛事、展览及论坛活动，全方位提升学校国际影响力。
根据《北京市事业单位公开招聘工作人员实施办法》(京人社专技发〔2010〕102号)和《关于进一步规范事业单位公开招聘工作有关问题的通知》(京人社专技发〔2012〕247号)等文件规定，结合我校工作实际，现将2023年公开招聘相关事项公告如下：
一、应聘基本条件
1.热爱祖国，热爱人民，坚持中国***的领导，具有良好的世界观、人生观和价值观。
2.遵纪守法，品行端正，热爱教育事业，遵守教师职业道德，恪守工作纪律，身心健康。
3.有事业心和责任感，有敬业、奉献和团队精神，实事求是，踏实肯干。
4.具备履行应聘岗位所需的学科背景、理论知识和实践能力。
5.列入国家统一招生的普通高等学校2023年应届毕业生(含两年内离校未就业的毕业生)，非京生源应届生需符合进京条件。
留学回国人员，符合留学人员进京落户条件。
社会人员需具有北京市户籍，且行政关系在京。
6.符合事业单位公开招聘人员回避制度的要求。
二、人才类别及岗位需求
(一)高层次人才
1.引进对象
符合学校高层次人才条件的相关人员。

按照高层次人才的相关规定执行。
(二)教师岗位
1.招聘对象：应届毕业生、符合调入条件人员或博士后出站人员。

教师岗位全部实施预聘长聘制。
对于新入职教师，学校给予6-8年的预聘期;预聘期内通过评审者可晋升为长聘副教授或长聘教授。
(三)其他岗位
1. 招聘对象：应届毕业生、符合调入条件人员或博士后出站人员。

按照现行的国家、北京市和学校的有关规定执行。
三、招聘程序
1. 制定招聘工作。
2. 发布招聘信息，征集人才信息。
3. 资格审查。
人事处按照公布的岗位条件对应聘人员的简历进行初筛，各部门进行复核，确定初试人选，并进行资格审查。
4. 部门初试。
各部门招聘小组对符合条件的应聘人员进行初试，初试对于不同岗位取不同的方式，一般取笔试、面试、试讲、能力测试等多种方式进行，部门招聘小组对应聘人员的初试情况进行打分，按照招聘岗位人数1:3比例确定复试人选(若实际结果不足1:3的，以实际人数为准)。
5. 学校复试。
学校统一组织笔试、心理测试、专家评审及面试工作，笔试围绕岗位需求，突出行业、专业和岗位特点进行分类命题;笔试、心理测试结束后，进行面试答辩。
学校聘用委员会依据考生笔试、心理测试、专家评审和面试表现等综合情况，对教师岗位和其他岗位在全校范围内分别进行排名，在核定的招聘岗位总量内确定拟聘人员。
6. 身体检查。
安排拟聘人员到指定医院进行体检。
体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》执行。
7. 阅档复查。
通过阅档等形式对拟聘人员的基本情况和资格条件进行复查，对拟聘人员进行政审及考察。
8. 确定聘用人选并公示。
根据复核和体检结果，经学校研究确定最终聘用结果，并进行公示。
9. 签订合同，办理相关手续。
四、报名时间及办法
1.请登录北京服装学院招聘系统(网址：.edu.cn/bift)录入个人信息，每人限报一个岗位。
2.报名截止日期：2023年3月19日。
五、其他说明
1.资格审查工作贯穿公开招聘全过程，应聘人员须完整提供真实、有效的个人信息以及证书、证件等相关材料。
凡与报名条件不符或提供虚信息、伪造相关材料者，一经发现，立即取消应聘资格，已办理聘用手续者取消聘用，由此产生的一切后果由本人承担。
2.应聘人员应按照我校规定的时限及要求，配合完成公开招聘各项工作，未按照规定时限和要求完成的，取消资格。
3.从资格审查到招聘工作结束，应聘人员应保证所留****畅通，因联系不畅造成无法通知到的，后果由本人负责。
